Please use our online scheduler for all bookings. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information to secure your booking. It will not be charged until the end of your appointment date. Your card will be charged when cancelling within 24-hours or if you do not show up. Your card information is not visible to us but is kept safe and secure on our scheduler. If you encounter a technical issue during booking, contact us directly and we will book it for you (you will receive an email to confirm booking). You can log in any time to make changes to your appointment up until 24-hours prior.

Consultation Fee (Virtual & In-person)

Because time is spent with you, our consultation is a non-refundable fee $75 plus tax and $50 can be applied towards the service or products on the day of appointment. You can consult for multiple services for one fee. Proceed with your appointment date selection on our online scheduler. You will be prompted during booking to enter your credit card information to secure your booking.
Cancellations & No-Shows Policy
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. This gives us time to replace your time slot. Brilliant Beauty & Aesthetics is independently operated and takes a significant loss when booked clients do not show up OR cancel with little to no notice. I respect your time and understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do happen, please try to inform me via call / text / email that you will not be able to make it.

Cancelling or Rescheduling within 24 hours OR No-Show: card on file will be charged the % fee or $__ as indicated in your booking *PLEASE REFER TO THE SERVICE DESCRIPTION ON THE ONLINE SCHEDULER CAREFULLY FOR THIS INFORMATION*. For consultation appointments, the full amount $75 + tax will be charged.
If you are late
We cannot guarantee if we can proceed with your appointment due to subsequent appointments. Please plan ahead to ensure you have adequate time on the day of.
All forms of payments are accepted. Our preferred method is DEBIT or EMT. To minimize contact and avoid extended time in the office, all payments will be processed at the end of your appointment digitally. When you book your appointment, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information in order to confirm booking. This credit card will be used to process payment. Cash payments are preferably avoided. All payments including cash will be subject to tax.
Covid Policies & Pre-screening
Please review our clinic covid guidelines and policies before booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if we find you do not uphold these guidelines and policies. Upon booking, a covid pre-screening form will be emailed to you. You must complete this 24 to 48-hours before your appointment. All questions must be answered truthfully.

What to wear for your facial treatments
Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Avoid thick sweaters and turtle necks. Wear/bring a tank top so we can work your facial to the neck & shoulders. A wrap/robe is available if you wish to remove your tank top and/or bra. Blanket will be provided for comfort and warmth.

Pregnancy / Breastfeeding
We cannot guarantee any of our services are pregnancy/breastfeeding safe. We highly recommend consulting with your doctor before commencing with your selected service. If you suspect you are pregnant during your series of treatment, please let us know as we may need to postpone your treatments. If you are trying to conceive, you may need to postpone your treatments.
If you have underlying medical condition(s), we recommend getting clearance from your doctor before commencing the service. Some of our medical procedures and facial treatments are contraindicated in patients with certain medical conditions. You are required to disclose this so we can determine if you can proceed with the service.

Covid Pre-Screening & Covid-Release Treatment Consent
As mentioned, you must follow the clinic's covid guidelines and policies. When you arrive, we will perform another screening including temperature check. You will also sign a treatment consent form. This form is available to view under "Covid Policies".
Medical History Intake & Treatment Consent Forms
All services will require a proper assessment of medical history to determine if the service is suitable for you. Before we proceed with any service, your treatment consent is required. We will be reviewing the consent form with you. It is important for you to carefully read and understand the treatment information, potential side effects & adverse reactions & complications, expectations, and post-treatment instructions. All information is kept confidential.
Before & after photos of the treatment area are taken to view treatment progress. They can be especially helpful for botox procedures, filler procedures, peels, microneedling, and facial treatments. Photos are confidential and kept secure with your profile. Photos can be helpful for us to show treatment results and expectations for our clients on social media. If you do not wish for your photos to be used on social media, you are welcome to let us know. We will never post without your consent. When posting, we ensure your identity is not revealed such as blurring or covering eyes and lips. We will never reveal your name, personal information and medical information. Information that can be revealed may include: name of service, number of sessions (we do not disclose botox dosage, # of filler syringes), product(s) used, reason for the procedure (acne, pigmentation, wrinkles, acne scars, redness, hair loss). If there are any of these information that you do not want us to disclose in description, feel free to let us know.
Duration of Service
The duration of your service is displayed at booking. Services are usually no more than 2 hours long. It is important to be on time. If you require further consultation during a service, please select the added time. Do not linger around after your appointment as we must clean and disinfect the work area for our next client.
Age for Services
We will only service clients from age 18. All clients under 18 will require a written + signed permission from a parent/guardian or to be present during service.
Gender for services
Everyone is welcome to receive service.
Bring only essentials (phone, wallet, keys, and face mask). Do not bring excessive belongings. We will not assume liability for any lost or forgotten belongings.
Pricing & Promotions
You can find our service prices under our Menu. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time. Packages are available for selected services that offer better value. From time to time, we offer promotional offers for a limited time. Price adjustments when a promotional offer has started is not permitted. Promotional offers cannot be combined with offers/discounts, gift card purchases, gift certificates in which a discount was applied. Price matching with other providers is not permitted.
While we are grateful for your business, a tip is not expected. It is also not permitted for a nurse to accept tips for medical procedures like botox, fillers, and PRP. We truly appreciate your business and welcome referrals or a google review as a form of tip :)
Returns & Exchanges
All purchases are final. All treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should you experience a reaction, please contact us immediately.
We want you to enjoy your service as this is your time. Additional guests including children are NOT permitted.
Professionalism & Respect
We treat our clients with utmost professionalism and respect. Presently our services are performed by a Registered Practical Nurse governed by a regulatory body. It is important for a nurse to uphold professional standards and guidelines in a professional-client relationship. We also require our clients to be professional and respectful in our clinic, in the treatment room, and electronically. Should you experience an issue, we welcome your feedback.
